Balsam Hill cuts ribbon on expansion

Aeon, a nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable apartment homes, celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated and expanded property, Balsam Hill Apartments & Townhomes in Mound on Dec. 5.
