Renaissance Box: Winner of the 2013 Affordable Housing Design Award


Renaissance Box, an inspired renovation of an historic shoe factory in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, into 70 units of LEED-Gold affordable housing, was awarded the 2013 Affordable Housing Design Award by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Minnesota and the McKnight Foundation.
