Aeon’s response to the covid-19 crisis

Covid-19 is continuing to harm our community. We want to share the steps we are taking and the ways you can support Aeon residents.

Covid-19 policies are still in place at Aeon properties and offices as specified by CDC guidelines. Staff are required to wear masks, maintain social distancing and work remotely whenever possible.

Site staff are hosting virtual apartment showings. We are cleaning high-traffic areas and maintaining restrictions in common areas to encourage social distancing.

We are working to connect all Aeon residents and employees with vaccination resources. Vaccination clinics have been held at many Aeon properties with more planned. These efforts will limit the barriers for families looking for vaccines.

Our teams are also looking for ways to safely strengthen our communities amid the pandemic. From outdoor gatherings to drive-up breakfasts and virtual renters’ rights training—they are engaging residents.

With your support, Aeon staff are doing everything we can to help residents get through this.

  • Connecting residents with resources from the government and other nonprofits
  • Helping residents look for new jobs and apply for aid
  • Organizing food drives

If you are a resident struggling to pay your rent, reach out to your site manager. They can help you apply for rent assistance. You can also visit aeon.org/help to find more resources.

Generous people like you have already helped do so much. In 2020, over 1,000 bags of food and cleaning supplies were donated to residents. Over 25,000 masks kept our residents safe. Your support allowed us to connect residents with resources like rental assistance, food and technology for at-home work and school.
