Aeon welcomes Sarah B. Harris to Leadership Team

Minneapolis, Feb. 25 — Minnesota is facing an affordable housing crisis. Aeon, a nonprofit developer, owner and manager of 5,500 affordable homes in the Twin Cities area, is responding by growing its impact. With this aim, Aeon continues to hire top talent. Aeon is welcoming Sarah Harris to its Leadership Team.

Sarah B. Harris, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Partnerships, and Production

Sarah has provided passionate change leadership in a variety of organizations, most recently as Managing Director of the University of Minnesota Foundation Real Estate Advisors. She started her real estate career with the Eberhardt Company, launched the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District, and has served many community organizations as a board member or by providing advisory services as Principal of Harris Strategies. 

“At a time when our communities face what I believe will be the worst housing problems for lower-income residents in almost 100 years, Sarah’s ‘get it done’ strengths are a perfect match with Aeon’s ‘get it done’ history,” said Aeon President & CEO Alan Arthur. “She will be a tremendous asset to our organization.”

Sarah will join the Aeon team on March 2 as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Partnerships, and Production.
